How Healthy is Your Home?

When was the last time you walked around your home and really took notice of its condition and whether it is in need of some TLC?

What I am referring to is:

  • stagnant water laying around in old pots

  • broken downpipes

  • mould build up on driveways, footpaths or even on the home itself

  • mouldy bathrooms or other rooms

  • musty smelling rooms

  • dying plants

  • weeds and overgrown plants

  • overflowing gutters

  • dusty furniture

  • cob webs

  • dishwasher filter backed up with food

  • rotting food in the fridge

The list could go on, but I think you get the idea. I know, life gets busy and sometimes things don't always get done, but this is very important and a key point to ensure the health of your home and family.

Don't put it off, take that walk around making notes to prioritise what you need to get done. It may only take you 2 minutes to address or a few days. I do recommend a professional if you have a mould problem as mould can cause serious respiratory issues.

Trust me, by keeping on top of these maintenance issues will help keep the energy of the home vibrant which will benefit you in so many ways. Dee x
