What’s Involved?

Pre-purchase consultations can be conducted remotely or in person during a private or public open inspection, in either a single home or multiple home package. To get started, I’ll need:

A scale floor plan of the property
The full address and age of the home
Birth dates of everyone who will be living in the property

Within 24 hours of the consultation, you’ll receive a comprehensive checklist report outlining my findings and recommendations, so you can make a confident, informed decision about your future home.

For those looking at one property, the Single Home Package provides a full assessment of the home’s Feng Shui energy to ensure it aligns with your family’s birth charts.

You’ll receive a comprehensive checklist report outlining energy strengths and potential challenges, helping you make an informed decision before signing a contract.

Multiple Homes Package
