Meet Dee Burgess: Internationally Accredited Feng Shui Master & Feng Shui Expert servicing Sunshine Coast to Brisbane

Hi, I’m Dee Burgess, an Internationally Accredited Feng Shui Master and the Secretary for the International Feng Shui Association – Australian Chapter.

I’m passionate about helping clients create balanced, harmonious homes and businesses using authentic Traditional Feng Shui techniques that support health, wealth, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re new here (welcome!) or have been following my journey for a while (thank you for your support), I’m thrilled to share my story and explain how I became a Feng Shui Master and why I’m so committed to this ancient art.

How My Feng Shui Journey Began

Long before I became a consultant, I experienced the incredible power of Feng Shui in my own home. I had my home “Feng Shuied” every year, and the positive shifts in energy, harmony, and overall wellbeing were undeniable. I became fascinated by how spaces could support life so profoundly, and secretly dreamed of becoming a Feng Shui Master myself.

A pivotal moment in my journey came during a weekend workshop with Eckhart Tolle at Mt Coolum. The workshop was both spiritually and emotionally transformative. It made me reflect on my life, my purpose, and my career, and I realised it was time to pursue something I was truly passionate about - helping people through Feng Shui.

Shortly after, Grand Master Lillian Too announced online Feng Shui courses. I enrolled eagerly and completed:

• Master Practitioner Online Course

• Practical Feng Shui for Modern Living

  
  

I then travelled to Malaysia to complete the Master Consultant’s Course, which solidified my path to becoming a professional Feng Shui Master. After completing this course, I founded Balancing Energies, my consultancy dedicated to helping clients improve the energy in their homes and businesses both nationally and internationally.

Advanced Training With World-Renowned Masters

Becoming an expert in Feng Shui requires ongoing study and connection with lineage-based systems. Since my initial training, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the world’s most respected Feng Shui Masters, including:

• Master Edgar Lok Tin Yung

• The late Master George Bennis

• Master Perrie Burton

• Dr Jin Peh

I’ve also participated in workshops and tours throughout Asia and Australia with teachers such as:

One of my most significant achievements has been completing the San Yuen Yuen Gua system with Master Edgar from Lok Tin Feng Shui, a highly respected system with a lineage tracing back to the Tang Dynasty (618–907). Studying this system has profoundly transformed my understanding of energy, deepened my Feng Shui expertise, and elevated the way I guide clients to create truly harmonious and supportive spaces.

I’ve also enhanced my skills in aesthetics and space planning by studying:

This combination of Feng Shui Master expertise and design knowledge allows me to integrate Traditional Feng Shui principles into modern homes and businesses with practicality and elegance.
